However, some food groups can enhance our body’s anti-oxidation capability, and remove free radicals and toxins because they contain superoxide dismutase or catalase.     The agar from seaweed removes radioactive elements from the body and releases them into our excretions. As a result, it prevents radioactive elements from accumulating in our bodies, and cuts down the possibility of getting illnesses related to these elements.

    The proteins in the blood plasma release substances that can detoxify and lubricate the intestines after being digested by stomach acid and enzymes. These substances react with dust and harmful metal particles, and become something that our bodies cannot easily absorb. As a result, they are removed through excretion.

    4. Vegetables and fruits

    Normally, the blood is slightly alkaline. If there are too many acidic substances in the blood, our bodies will turn into breeding grounds for many diseases. After metabolism, meat, fish, eggs, sugar, rice, and noodles generate substances that make the blood acidic. We consume a lot of these food groups because they contain calories and nutrients. Gradually, acidic elements accumulate in the body. Vegetables and fruits contain alkaline substances that can neutralize the excessive acid in the body. Eating more fruits and vegetables allows our blood to stay slightly alkaline.

    Eating green bean soup helps to open up the 12 meridians, and detoxify the body. It’s very effective at removing toxins from our bodies, and maintaining normal metabolism in our bodies.

    Green Tea helps to stimulate and refresh the brain. It also helps to quench thirst and cool down our bodies. It contains polyphenols, which are natural anti-oxidants that remove oxygen free radicals and slows down the aging process.

    7. Small quantity of wine

    Wine is rich in citric acid, which helps the body stay alkaline. No other alcoholic drink contains citric acid. Drinking wine can prevent and cure acidosis. Wine also has a diuretic effect.
