Ever wondered how they make those spiral-shaped Chinese steamed buns? This video shows you how, step-by-step.
The Chef fills the buns with a signature meat filling, but you can use your own filling from meat or vegetables.
The dough needs time to rise, so the buns take a while to make. There is also some tricky parts where you knead the dough, roll it out into small circles, then mold it into a spiral-shaped envelope. But how fancy they look when they’re finished!
