Pak Mei Kung Fu is one of the legendary styles associated with the Five Elders of Shaolin. Pak Mei translates as “White Eyebrow.” White Eyebrow was the nickname for the master who founded the style. Pak Mei, also known as Bak Mei, or Pai Mei, is often represented as an eccentric, slightly insane fighter seen in many Kung Fu films. He was most recently seen in the Quentin Tarantino film, Kill Bill: Volume 2.
The Pak Mei style uses swift, precise hand movements and tight footwork. The strikes and steps work together in advancing motion to overwhelm an opponent. See the Pak Mei expert in the video demonstrate how Pak Mei forms apply in combat.
