Don’t ask me why, but Asian girls love taking selfies. If you think I’m being whatever, Sony is actually releasing a Cyber-shot cam that’s in the form of a perfume bottle. Don’t think they’re being naive either. That’s an actual trend.

Among the young and fashionable amongst China’s ladies, it’s not uncommon to put their smartphones into a Chanel perfume bottle case.

The new perfume cam has a lens encased in a clear “cap”, complete with golden accents. It can also be flipped for non-selfie photo needs. The device hits China August 22nd. No further camera specs have been revealed at this time.
