- Green onion tops
- Chopped dried chili
- Cumin powder
- Cumin seeds
- Sichuan pepper
- Wash potatoes, place in hot water, add a little salt, boil till soft, peel and squash.
- Fry squashed potatoes on medium heat, till both sides turn golden.
- Chop green onion tops, ginger and garlic, fry in oiled pan, add chopped dried chili, cumin powder, cumin seeds, Sichuan pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Add fried potatoes and mix well.
