WATCH: Oscar Pistorius Not Guilty of Murder, May Get Manslaughter Charge

The judge presiding over the murder trial of Oscar Pistorius ruled on Sept. 11 that there weren’t enough facts to prove the South African sprinter was guilty of premeditated or common-law murder.

The 27-year-old double-amputee could still get years in jail for “culpable homicide” or manslaughter after shooting dead his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp apparently because he thought she was an intruder.

The court will reconvene on Friday to read the lesser charges.
