Take a 1-Minute Flight With the World’s Fastest Flying Woman (Video)

Wingsuit basejumper Ellen Brennan can travel at speeds of up to 112 miles per hour, making her the fastest flying woman in the world.

This video shows the 27-year-old American athlete taking a short flight in Chamonix, France, where she now lives to be closer to the mountains for daily practice runs.

Ellen only started skydiving when she was 18, and quickly switched to base jumping because she found it more exciting. Soon after, she settled on her preferred sport of wingsuit jumping from big mountains because it was the most fun.

And if you liked that clip, here’s Ellen jumping/flying behind a friend at Le Pleureur in Switzerland from about 12,000 feet.
