A Chinese man was saved from his partially submerged car just moments before it got swept away by a flash flood on Oct. 30.
The taxi driver tried to drive his SUV across the river in Fengjie, Chongqing but lost control of the vehicle.
The water level rose quickly, and his car began tipping in the flood waters.
Some people nearby spotted him, and rigged up a rope system to send him a buoyancy aid. Then an excavator driver arrived drove into the water so the men could get into the bucket, and be lifted to safety.
