Chinese broccoli is one of my favorite vegetables. The taste is softer than the regular broccoli you can find in the supermarket. If you have never tried it, you should give this recipe a try!

- 6-7 stalks of Chinese broccoli
- 2 cups water, add in 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp vegetable cooking oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp water
