Road Tripping Iceland: Sunny 3am, Glaciers, and Game of Thrones (Video Part 1)

I just stumbled on ‘Mike and Jay Explore: Iceland,’—it’s is a pretty amazing series .

I will share their adventures with you weekly (unless you get so stoked by my post here that you go watch all of them at once). Here’s my recap of their first episode called Game of Thrones & Glaciers.

Taking off from LA they pack huge bags with all the camera gear they will need. Once they arrive in Iceland (2:36) things start to get interesting. A few cool parts below.

Just arrived at their stylish Nordic lodgings and soaking up the sheer style of the place before walking off some jetlag. (Screenshot/Youtube)

  • Drinking coffee and eating BLT’s surrounded by awesome architecture in Reykjavik (4:34).
  • Road tripping in a super jeep at a stunningly bright 3 a.m. to cure a hangover (5:47).
  • Flowing rivers that look like they are wicked cold (6:14).
  • Literally on a glacier (7:00).

Look out for my recaps of their other episodes soon!

They've just driven onto a glacier with water running beneath and it's daylight 24/7. They're feeling weird about it all. (Screenshot)
