Every day people in this world come and go in each others’ lives, and the chance of two people meeting is less than 0.5% on average.
So what happened to this newly wed young couple in China would be even less than that.
Their touching story happened in Jiangsu Province. Liu Tao, the groom, was a 4-year-old boy 23 years ago. His family ran a photo studio at that time.
One day, his father’s schoolmate came to the studio, bringing a cute 3-year-old girl with him. The little girl’s was called Ding Ding, and she was the man’s daughter. During the visit, Tao’s father took a photo of the two kids sitting side by side.
Since then, the two children got to know each other and became childhood friends. But Ding Ding left the city when they were only in kindergarten. So they completely lost contact in the years that followed, all the way from primary school to university.
However, sometimes life is miraculous. After over 10 blind dates, Tao was surprised to recognize his new date was the little girl he met at age 4. Tao and Ding Ding quickly fell in love. In 2014, they walked on the red carpet and got married, according to Ifeng News.
A Weibo blogger commented:
I’m going to pick up my old photo album right now, and look for my future wife.
