One young chef showed his amazing skills in food carving by turning ordinary taro that is frequently seen on a Chinese dining table into these extraordinary sculptures of elegant Chinese ladies from different dynasties. After he posted the photos on Weibo, it soon got retweeted more than 20,000 times, and received 15,000 thumbs up. A Weibo user joked:
Never realized taro could be so beautiful… I’m inferior to a taro… Please carve me!
