Most people must still remember the photos of the dog that became an Internet sensation years ago. Newman, an adorable sweater wearing pug, was tied up outside a café in San Francisco. A passing photographer captured Newman’s depressed, lonely look and shared the photos online.
Newman the pug was then said to be the world’s saddest dog. Viewers felt the puppy really needed love and comfort when seeing the photos. Likewise, a little cat in China has gone viral on Weibo for the same reason.
The little cat, named Luhu, (“roving tiger”) always carried an innocent, but sad look, even when playing ball with her owner. Luhu is a 3-year-old American short-hair tabby. She was born much smaller than other kitties. Luhu’s eyes and body have long been suffering from a disease caused by a virus.
However, Luhu is not keeping a long face due to her weak body. In fact, Luhu is a naughty and restless boy, who likes food and people. She is taken good care of by her owner “Babagaga,” Maggie Liu, who took these photos of Luhu’s daily life. Luhu lives a happy life with her other older brothers and the whole family. Her owner said: “Luhu was just born with a sad face.”
Weibo users’ hearts melt for this little creature:
I want to provide her all the fried anchovies in this world to make her happy.
