Fish (fillet or whole)
Vegetables with green leaves (Bok choy, lettuce etc.)
Green onions julienned
Light soybean sauce
Put the fish on a plate, drizzle the fish with the soy sauce, put ginger on top of fish and let it marinade for 15 minutes.
Then put the plate into the steamer and simmer for 4 minutes.
Take the plate out of the steamer and transfer to a serving plate. Put green onions on top of fish.
Heat the oil until hot, then sprinkle it carefully onto the green onions.
