Do you have a bucket list? I have never given it any thought, especially since I am still so young. (Well, at least I think I’m still young.) For now, I would just love to travel to Japan or Italy, and eat their delicious food.

Shirley Batchelder has lived a remarkable 94 years of life. She was married to her handsome husband for 57 years, she runs bingo at the retirement home she lives at; she always wears pink flowers in her hair, and has a beautiful flower bedroom to match. She still paints, but not as well as she use to, and she regularly visits her family.

Watch the following news report on Shirley’s life:

Shirley says she has had a fantastic life, but she has one more item on her bucket list.

“There is one thing, I want to put an ad on television,” Shirley told WSMV Channel 4 News.

She wants to buy five seconds of commercial TV time for a three-word message, and that message is very simple.

This is something we can all live by.
