Model/actress Suki Waterhouse once told US Weekly:
I rinse my hair with Coca-Cola sometimes.
This got all the ladies thinking whether this is the answer (and cheaper version) to tousled, beach hair.
“I don’t like my hair when it’s washed — it’s fine and limp — but Coca-Cola makes it tousled, like I’ve gone through the Amazon or something,” the British beauty confessed to US Weekly.
You decide if she used coke in her hair:
This blogger from Beauty Hacks: Fail or Holy Grail? got a huge response from her viewers to test this one out. In the video, she rinses her hair with two 600 ml bottles of original coke, since her hair is long.
She says if you have short hair, only use one bottle. After rinsing her hair with coke, she washes her hair out with water, and then blow dries it and scrunches it up. The results: Beautiful, tousled beach hair.
