  • Both yellow and purple sweet potatoes have good cancer prevention properties as they contain vitamin A.
  • Having dinner late at night on a regular basis can increase the chance of esophageal cancer.
  • Don’t eat more than 3 eggs per day, especially if you are diabetic, as it can increase your risk of heart disease.
  • A study for 2012 found that the chicken’s butt — a.k.a pope’s nose — is a nutritional powerhouse.
  • It is better to eat fruit before your meal.
  • Don’t drink tea during your menstruation period.
