The NBA is a league for the big boys, but not in this case. I’m not sure how he did it, but Jimmy Kimmel has somehow managed to either turn back the clock on these two NBA stars, or maybe he traveled back in time and brought Baby Steph and Baby LeBron into the present.
Currently, the adult versions of LeBron James and Stephen Curry are locked in an intense NBA championship battle. Game 4 is coming up on Friday, and currently the Golden State Warriors lead the Cleveland Cavaliers two games to one. The two teams have the two best players in the NBA, and this is the second consecutive year the two teams have faced each other for a championship ring.
What makes this NBA Finals special is the regular season that preceded it. The Warriors had a record breaking season that outdid even the Michael Jordan era Bulls. LeBron James and the Cavs weren’t as lucky, with their inconsistent head coach getting fired mid season, but they still managed to win more games than any other team in the Eastern Conference. Cleveland also managed to steamroll through the playoffs, not taking any losses until the two games lost to the Toronto Raptors in the Conference Finals.
Though the Warriors currently have the upper hand in the Finals, LeBron James and the Cavs have yet to reveal their full potential.
