There are many reasons for women to stay in shape, such as feeling better, achieving more in life, and improving their health. Women who are in shape also tend to get more out of life. When a women exercises, they will also have more confidence, since they are taking the time to focus on their health each day. Regular exercise will also keep a woman’s body and mind in shape, since it is a natural mood booster. The following 9 exercises, if done daily, are easy ways to keep a woman’s body and mind fit.
Beautify your back
Sit with with your legs crossed and keep your body straight. Lift one arm and place your hand down the center of your back as far as possible. Put the palm of your other hand on your elbow and press twice. Repeat the process with your other arm. Repeat 10 times.
Beautify your buttocks
While standing, clamp the back of your head with both hands, squat down as much as possible while keeping your upper body straight. Repeat 10 times.
Beautify your legs #1
While standing, straighten both arms out to your side and bend forward, keeping your arms even with your back. Turn to the side until your arms are at a 90 degree angle to the ground, then turn to the other side. Repeat 10 times.
Beautify your legs #2
Stand straight, raise one leg straight until it forms a 90 degree angle with your body, then rotate your foot in circles. Repeat the the process with the other leg. Repeat 10 times.
Beautify your belly and waist #1
Lie down on your back and lift your legs together to form a 90 degree angle with your body. Swing your legs right and left as much as possible. Repeat 10 times.
Beautify your belly and waist #2
Sit on a chair with your back straight, close your legs and bend your knees, and draw your legs to abdomen, then relax. Repeat 10 times.
Beautify your waist
Lie down on your side, clamp the back of your head with your hands, and lift your upper body as much as possible. Repeat 10 times. Repeat the process while lying on your other side.
Beautify your belly
Sit on the floor with your legs straight in front of you. Draw your knees toward your body, twist your hips to the side, and straighten your legs. Draw your legs back, twist toward the opposite direction, and repeat the process. Repeat 10 times.
Beautify your belly and chest
Sit on the floor with your hands holding your knees and lean back as far as possible, then forward. Repeat 10 times.
