A Glimpse at the iPhone’s Creation In a Chinese Factory

Apple iPhones are one of the hottest commodities on the market. Like all things, or most of them, they are too made in China. Although ‘made in China’ has many broad implications, this video offers a quick glimpse at the workers and factories where, like so many things, the iPhone comes to be. Skip to 2:45 to bypass the anchor’s spiel.

I picked this video because it actually shows workers working instead of some factory official talking about how happy everyone is or how they’re going to make improvements to breach the rampant suicides in the factory.

And now the real story. Go to 5:12 to see Chris explain what being a factory worker in China’s all about in 15 seconds.
