Potatoes with pepper and salt

Ingredients (all to taste):

  • 200 gr potatoes
  • oil
  • green onion
  • cumin powder
  • pepper
  • salt
  • sugar


  • Wash potatoes, put in a pot, and boil till soft; remove the peel and mash.
  • Fry mashed potatoes till golden, add sugar, pepper, salt, cumin powder, and chopped green onion to season and garnish.
