A ‘Star Wars’ Medley That’s Outta This World

With the success of the seventh installment of the Star Wars franchise, there is plenty to sing about.

In the above video, Jimmy Fallon and The Roots band join some of the actors from Star Wars: The Force Awakens, such as Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Adam Driver, Carrie Fisher, and Harrison Ford, for an a cappella tribute to Star Wars.

And if you love a good a cappella and you’re a Star Wars fan, then you’ll love what you see above.

Jimmy Fallon is one of the hardest working and most popular TV hosts/comedians on the air now, and in the below video he interviews John Boyega about his role in The Force Awakens:

With headlines such as Star Wars: The Force Awakens Is The Movie The Series So Badly Needed and Star Wars: The Force Awakens review – consider me conquered, the movie is winning over the reviewers.

“Packed with action and populated by both familiar faces and fresh blood, The Force Awakens successfully recalls the series’ former glory while injecting it with renewed energy,” was the critic’s consensus on the review aggregation website Rotten Tomatoes.

Unsurprisingly, The Force Awakens has set opening-day records in Britain, Germany, Australia, Brazil, and other countries, reported Reuters. It is on track to make more money than Avatar, which is currently the highest-grossing movie, by making $2.8 billion.

Directed by J.J. Abrams, ‘The Force Awakens’ cost $200 million to make.
