Wait a Minute, Blonde Raccoons Exist?! (Video)

This rare blonde raccoon was discovered far out there in Nova Scotia, Canada. The Hope For Wildlife animal shelter caught the creature and took it in after its human neighbors were concerned it would raid the chicken coop.

The shelter has only seen one other blonde raccoon. It is staying at the shelter until the weather gets warmer, then the shelter will release it into the wild, far away from any other chicken coops.

Raccoons will often use chicken coops as a source of food, to the annoyance of farmers or people keeping chicken near their houses as pets.
