As the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) continues to transform live organ harvesting into a transnational black-market industry, a comprehensive investigative report titled “Ironclad Evidence” has for the first time systematically presented to the world how this crime moved from China to the global stage.
The report sheds light on verifiable evidence archives while documenting how state-sanctioned organ harvesting was built, institutionalized, and exported in the country.
I. A verifiable database
The evidence-driven investigative report compiles key findings gathered by the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) between 2006 and 2020 concerning the CCP’s state-level crime of harvesting organs from Falun Gong practitioners.
What the book presents is not “claims,” but evidence, including: 1,290 recorded investigation calls, 764 written, documentary, and data records, as well as evidence involving members of the CCP Politburo Standing Committee. The Politburo serves as China’s top ruling body.
The report includes evidence involving Vice Chairmen of the Central Military Commission, Ministers of National Defense, and senior officials in the PLA General Logistics Department’s medical system. It also highlights reports involving the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, the “610 Office,” and CCP court officials. In addition, it sheds light on:
- 41 organ transplant hospitals and centers
- 45 hospital presidents, department heads, and chief surgeons, identified by name and on record
- Direct recordings of perpetrators: Phone calls with hospitals, surgeons, and officials themselves
- Every piece of evidence is traceable and independently verifiable

A smartphone scan brings readers directly to the evidence. This constitutes one of the rarest publicly verifiable crimes-against-humanity evidence systems available to the international community today.
II. Why the source of live organ harvesting lies in China
During discussions on Elite Forum, China analysts and medical experts pointed out a fact no criminal-investigation system can ignore: Only China has ever “systematically and long-term” solved the problem of organ supply.
In other normal countries, organ transplantation is constrained by law, ethics, and long waiting periods, often measured in years, instead of months (or even weeks). By comparison, in China: Organs can be matched on demand, and multiple organs can be provided simultaneously. This is not a medical miracle. It is a state-manufactured organ supply chain, the book notes.
After the CCP launched its full-scale persecution of Falun Gong in 1999, three conditions emerged simultaneously: Tens of millions were detained extrajudicially, a large numbers of prisoners were held under no-name, no-address status, and a legal vacuum in which Falun Gong practitioners were treated as “killed without consequence” began taking over.
From a criminological perspective, this amounted to the creation of a “perfect human organ bank.” This was not isolated crime; it was an institutionalized, state-level operation embedded in labor camps, prisons, and military medical systems.
III. From China to the world: A disturbing organ network
Live organ harvesting no longer appears only in China. Cases have surfaced in Myanmar, Cambodia, the Middle East (Dubai), and Africa (Nigeria). The pattern is revealing as it includes: Not simultaneous outbreaks, but diffusion from a central source outward.
The locations also share key overlaps, including: Participation in Belt and Road projects, official CCP exchanges, medical cooperation with China, and large gray-zone population flows. In criminal-investigation terms, this is known as “crime-model export.”
IV. Nigeria’s ‘Horror Hotel’: Not a local crime
The discovery of mass bodies at Nigeria’s “Jessy Best Hotel” shocked the world. Victims included Chinese nationals. The operation reportedly involved: Organized luring, mass detention, systematic killing, and rapid organ processing, labeling, and transfer in an almost industrial-like scale.
Globally, only one system fits this operational profile: China’s. Why? Because organ preservation times are extremely short, Western systems require traceable sourcing, and only one regime classifies organ sources as state secrets, criminalizes investigation, and imprisons whistleblowers: the CCP.
This suggests that the terminal end of the organ supply chain may still lead back to China.
V. ‘Organ Belt and Road’: From transplant tourism to systemic exports
In December 2025, Guangzhou hosted the 7th China International Organ Transplant Congress, which explicitly discussed exporting China’s transplant model via the Belt and Road Initiative. This was not an academic forum, it was guided and organized by: China’s National Health Commission, The Chinese Red Cross, and China’s official organ-transplant system.
Since then, the model has evolved with foreigners no longer needing to travel to China for organ transplants. Instead, Chinese doctors are going abroad to export their technology and provide matching, preservation, and transport services in a standardized manner. Many of such systems are then embedded within Belt and Road partner states to provide a seamless process.
This inserts a non-transparent organ system into countries with weaker institutional safeguards, turning a human-rights issue into a global public-security threat.
VI. Why ‘Ironclad Evidence’ matters
Today, the CCP is not merely covering up the past. It is whitewashing history, standardizing crime, and exporting it internationally, packaged as “cooperation,” “technology,” and “humanitarianism.”
The value of Ironclad Evidence lies here as it renders denial impossible. If live organ harvesting is not stopped now, today it is Chinese victims — tomorrow it will be people in more institutionally fragile countries. When a regime turns human beings into “spare parts” and exports that model globally, it is no longer one nation’s tragedy.
What Ironclad Evidence exposes is not only past crime, but a black pipeline still in operation. Stopping it is not a political choice, it is a moral obligation humanity must fulfill.
