In recent years, cases of missing young people in China have surfaced repeatedly, with allegations circulating that some were subjected to organ harvesting. A recently circulated online video appears to show a hidden, man-made cave in a remote mountainous area of mainland China. Guards are visible at the entrance, and one individual is seen carrying away a square box. Some online users have speculated that the cave could be an organ harvesting base operated by the Chinese Communist Party.
Drone footage from remote mountain area
The video was recently uploaded to mainland Chinese social media platforms. It appears to have been filmed by drone in a remote mountainous region, although the exact location and date of filming remain unknown. Vegetation in the footage appears withered and yellow, suggesting it may have been shot in winter.
The footage shows a concealed cave entrance on a desolate hillside. The entrance features a concrete door that appears clearly man-made. The door is recessed and difficult to detect from a distance. A narrow path on the hillside allows only one person to pass at a time.
On a small platform outside the concrete door stand two men, one dressed in red and the other in yellow. After a brief exchange, the man in yellow picks up a square box from the ground and walks down the mountain along the narrow path. The man in red turns and walks into the cave.
Subtitles in the video read: “There is a reason drones are not allowed to fly,” “Rush order,” and “Retrieving parts from the cave.” The netizen who posted the video suggested that the cave could be a criminal organ harvesting base and that the box carried away by the man in yellow contained a human organ.

The video lasts only a few seconds, making it impossible to determine the actual purpose of the cave or the contents of the box. The circumstances depicted in the footage have nonetheless prompted widespread online discussion.
Some users commented that without drone technology, such hidden locations would be difficult for the outside world to discover. Others speculated that the cave might have been constructed by a criminal gang, while some suggested it could be a secret military facility built by the Chinese Communist Party. A number of commenters expressed concern that the person who filmed and shared the video could face danger.

Online reports of other remote facilities
Previously, foreign media reported that the nationwide organ donor database established by the Chinese Communist Party is closely linked to military bases, and that many facilities detaining donors are located in underground or mountainous military installations.
Other unusual locations captured by drones have also circulated online. One example described a “People’s Hospital” located deep in the mountains of Guangdong Province, reportedly discovered “in the Heyuan valley area near Guangzhou.” Others said it was “found while climbing Mount Maluan” and believed it to be in the Yantian area of Shenzhen.
Online commenters questioned what type of hospital would be built in the mountains and who would travel there for medical treatment. Some speculated that it could be a psychiatric hospital, while others suggested it might be connected to organ harvesting.
In another case, a person posted online that a mountain in Guangzhou’s Huangpu District had been purchased. According to the post, a villa on the mountain kept several large wolf dogs, and bloodstained clothing, school uniforms, luggage bags, and electric scooters were found there. An iron gate and barbed wire reportedly stood at the foot of the mountain, along with a tall security guard. The post also alleged that pet cremation vehicles burned animal remains late at night, helicopters flew overhead around midnight, and sealed vehicles frequently drove up the mountain.
A photo shared by another netizen showed a man at the entrance of a small cave on a mountain using a stick to pull out various items, including fragments of school uniforms, climbing hats, women’s shoes, and cards. The subtitle on the image stated that these were belongings of the “disappeared individuals.”

‘Tibet Adventure King’ and unverified allegations
Years earlier, Wang Xiangjun, known online as the “Tibet Adventure King,” filmed unusual scenes in mountainous areas and caves in China. Some online commentators later suggested that he had documented material he should not have and was subsequently silenced.
Wang spent seven years trekking and climbing more than 70 glaciers, documenting glacier melt and earning the nickname “Glacier Bro.” His photos and records were said to have helped scientists and explorers better understand glacier conditions.
On Dec. 20, 2020, Wang, then 30 years old, died while exploring in Tibet. Reports said he accidentally fell from a glacier. Some netizens questioned whether the circumstances of his death were unusual.
Wang had previously filmed medical helicopters frequently circling above Tibet. On one occasion, he captured footage of a helicopter marked “International Medical” appearing in the region. According to online discussions, the same helicopter had previously been seen parked on helipads at certain hospitals in Xi’an and Luoyang. Some sources claimed the helicopter was used specifically for organ transport.
Wang also stated that many people disappear each year in Tibet’s uninhabited and glacier regions. He cited an example of a team of 17 people who entered the mountains and never returned. He also referenced self-driving tourists who allegedly disappeared after entering mountainous areas. Based on these observations, he speculated that Tibet could function as a large organ repository.
He further claimed to have filmed numerous female students’ ID cards being burned in concentrated piles in Tibet, some not fully incinerated. He remarked that each ID card represented an individual and described the situation as alarming.
Wang warned that Motuo, located in Nyingchi City in the Tibet Autonomous Region, should not be visited lightly, alleging that some inns there poison visitors. He claimed that at least thousands of people die in each mountain area and that many who enter never return.

Some online commentators asserted that Wang had inadvertently exposed what they described as hidden crimes by the Chinese Communist Party and was therefore silenced.
According to unnamed informed sources cited online, vagrants, beggars, kidnapped youths, and people of faith allegedly taken from cities across China are detained in mountain caves and abandoned military air-raid shelters in Sichuan and Tibet. These sources claimed the detainees serve as living subjects for organ harvesting and human experimentation.
Separately, it has been reported that the Chinese Communist Party military constructed a vast underground complex between the mountains of Beijing and Hebei. The facility is described as highly luxurious and intended as a refuge for top Party leadership in the event of major disasters. Some online sources further alleged that engineers and personnel with knowledge of core construction secrets were silenced.
