The Winter Fancy Food Show 2025, hosted by the Specialty Food Association (SFA), kicked off the year’s food industry expos from Jan. 19-21 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. As one of the largest trade shows for specialty foods and beverages, it showcased thousands of artisanal, gourmet, organic, plant-based, and ethnic products.

The event featured major highlights such as the First Taste Experience, Spark Showcase, and Debut District for new exhibitors, including:
