The head of the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG), Wang Zhiyuan, revealed a shocking crime in an exclusive interview with Vision Times: a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) military-led “infant organ harvesting” industry. This heinous crime involves the private interests of Zhongnanhai’s elite families and serves a sinister project aimed at helping senior officials “extend life to 150 years.” WOIPFG calls for designating the Chinese Communist Party as a state terrorist organization and urges the international community to immediately launch a comprehensive investigation.

WOIPFG’s latest special investigation report reveals that CCP military hospitals initiated “infant organ transplantation” experiments over a decade ago and have recently overcome technical barriers, entering a phase of large-scale implementation. “Based on over a decade of extensive live human (organ harvesting) experiments, they achieved this technical breakthrough,” Wang told Vision Times.
WOIPFG has long been dedicated to exposing the CCP’s crimes of harvesting organs from Falun Gong practitioners, using investigative methods such as telephone recordings, insider leaks, and archival research. Wang disclosed in the interview that the latest special report stems from multiple sources: “We have WOIPFG investigators in mainland China, insiders providing leaks, and reports from righteous individuals within the system.” Unlike the comprehensive investigation report released on Sept. 13, The Surge in Organ Transplants from Chinese Children and Infants, this report focuses specifically on the harvesting of organs from infants and toddlers, and aims to issue an urgent global warning.
Wang emphasized, “This evil is completely unconventional, entirely different from what people understand about organ transplantation and organ harvesting.”
The report’s core evidence includes insider-provided information about secret bases, internal records from military hospitals, and technical details reported by individuals within the system. “They’ve taken an even more evil path, using infants and toddlers, even breeding women through captivity and artificial insemination to create this industry chain. This is utterly diabolical,” Wang condemned.

Elite longevity and high-level interests
WOIPFG’s investigation reveals that organ transplantation has become “the most profitable hospital business.” After losing revenue streams from vaccines and nucleic acid testing post-COVID, the CCP’s red elite families turned to expanding the transplant market, with the government’s acquiescence or even participation.
Wang directly pointed to the motives behind infant organ harvesting: “First, it’s tied to the goal of extending the lives of CCP senior officials to 150 years. Second, it involves the private interests of Zhongnanhai’s elite families.” The so-called “150-year longevity” project is a military medical system’s tailored “multi-organ replacement” plan, designed to extend lifespans through repeated transplantation of young organs. Infant organs, due to their strong regenerative capacity and low rejection rates, have become the preferred “human goldmine.”
The report exposes that Zhongnanhai’s elite families directly control this industry, reaping enormous profits.
Evil industry chain: Captive women and ‘designer infants’
The report details the core of the infant organ harvesting industry: “captive women” and “artificial insemination.” “These captive women come from illegal arrests. Many are suspected to be Falun Gong female practitioners, but they may also include women who were bought or deceived and trafficked,” Wang said. The report states that these women are held in secret bases, forced to undergo multiple pregnancies annually through artificial insemination using donor sperm to ensure blood type compatibility with recipients, reducing transplant rejection rates.
The report further exposes that the entire process—from captivity and impregnation to childbirth—is controlled by the military and criminal underworld, involving secret bases in Shandong, Henan, Sichuan, and other regions. Infants are used as “donors” immediately after birth, with some procedures accelerated through premature delivery to supply organs faster. This highlights how these “designer infants” are engineered as organ sources from the embryonic stage.
Technical breakthroughs: The bloody cost of decades of live human experiments
Infant organ transplantation is extremely technically challenging, with high global pediatric transplant failure rates. However, CCP military hospitals have recently claimed significant improvements in success rates, with the secret lying in “massive live human experiments.” Wang specifically noted, “Infant, toddler, or fetal organs are small, with delicate blood vessels, and transplantation poses significant technical challenges. Without extensive live human experiments, this level of progress would be impossible.”
Wang traced the bloody history of these technical breakthroughs: “Since late 1999, China has arrested large numbers of Falun Gong practitioners and conducted extensive organ harvesting. This created the conditions for live human experiments.” Since the CCP’s crackdown on Falun Gong in 1999, hundreds of thousands of healthy Falun Gong practitioners have been detained in labor camps and prisons, becoming “premium donors” for organ harvesting. These experiments provided the technical foundation for infant organ transplantation, such as minimally invasive suturing techniques and anti-thrombotic drug development, all reliant on live testing on Falun Gong practitioners.
In the interview, Wang provided two key pieces of evidence. First, in the early 2000s, Wang Lijun, former head of the Jinzhou Public Security Bureau in Liaoning, established a “live human laboratory” to study “psychological drugs during death, organ transplantation, or the effects of post-transplant drugs on organs.” Wang emphasized, “This experiment won an award and received a 2 million yuan bonus. This is verifiable evidence of live human experiments.” Wang Lijun’s laboratory became an incubator for infant transplant technology, with its results widely applied in military hospitals.
Second, testimony from Zheng Zhi, a former doctor at Shenyang Army General Hospital. Wang disclosed, “In 2005, a close confidant of a CCP Politburo Standing Committee member told him that they personally witnessed Hubei Province Public Security Bureau’s basement filled with detained Falun Gong practitioners, including children.” These basements were not only detention sites but also used for organ harvesting experiments, including initial tests on children’s organs. Wang summarized, “Over the years, WOIPFG has reported numerous cases of organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners, with all evidence supporting the fact that the CCP has conducted extensive live human experiments for over a decade.”
These experiments enabled infant organ transplantation to enter large-scale implementation after 2017.
International community’s responsibility
WOIPFG’s special report proposes four initiatives: designating the CCP as a “state terrorist organization”; launching a comprehensive international investigation; imposing sanctions on involved medical institutions and senior officials; and establishing a multinational investigative alliance to prevent the crime’s further expansion.
“This is an unprecedented evil crime in human history,” Wang said, while calling on global media, NGOs, and governments to take joint action to stop this unparalleled crime against humanity, protect innocent lives, and uphold human dignity.
