One of the highlights of the show was its strong educational program, which included seminars and live demonstrations focused on restaurant management, culinary innovation, marketing strategies, labor challenges, customer experience, and emerging dining trends. Industry experts and successful operators shared insights on how restaurants can remain competitive while navigating changing consumer expectations.
The New York Restaurant Show also reflected the growing importance of technology in hospitality. From digital ordering systems and POS platforms to AI-powered customer engagement tools, many exhibitors emphasized solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and enhancing guest experiences.

Zwilling J.A. Henckels
Zwilling J.A. Henckels is one of the world’s oldest and most respected kitchenware companies, founded in 1731 in Solingen, Germany — a city famous for blade-making. The company is especially known for premium chef knives, cookware, scissors, and kitchen tools. “Zwilling” means “twins” in German, referring to the company’s iconic twin logo, which is one of the oldest trademarks still in use today. Zwilling owns several well-known brands as well, including Staub, Miyabi, and Ballarini. Their products are popular among both home cooks and professional chefs because of their durability, sharpness, and craftsmanship. In recent years, Zwilling has also expanded into modern kitchen appliances like vacuum seal systems, blenders, and coffee products, combining traditional German engineering with contemporary kitchen design.

Le Creuset
Le Creuset is a famous premium French cookware company best known for its colorful enameled cast iron Dutch ovens, often called “cocottes.” The company was founded in 1925 in Fresnoy-le-Grand, France, and became iconic for combining durable cast iron with vibrant enamel finishes, especially its classic volcanic orange color inspired by molten iron. Le Creuset products are popular among home cooks, chefs, and wedding registries because they are known for excellent heat retention, long lifespan, and elegant presentation from oven to table. Over the years, the brand expanded beyond cast iron into stoneware, stainless steel, bakeware, and kitchen accessories, while maintaining a luxury reputation similar to premium European kitchen brands. Many people view Le Creuset cookware as an investment piece because it can last for decades if cared for properly. The brand is also very strong in gifting and lifestyle marketing, with limited-edition colors and collaborations helping create a collector culture around the products.

Blendtec
Blendtec is a premium American blender company founded by inventor Tom Dickson in Utah, best known for its powerful high-performance blenders used in both homes and commercial settings such as smoothie shops, coffee chains, and restaurants. The company became internationally famous through its viral “Will It Blend?” marketing campaign, where unusual items like iPhones and golf balls were blended to demonstrate the machines’ strength and durability. Blendtec is recognized for its sleek modern designs, strong motors, programmable blending technology, and patented jar systems, while also emphasizing its “Made in USA” manufacturing identity in the competitive premium blender market alongside brands like Vitamix.

Riviera Produce
Riviera Produce is a family-owned wholesale produce and food distribution company based in Englewood that serves restaurants, hotels, schools, grocery stores, and foodservice businesses throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. The company focuses heavily on fresh produce, dairy, pantry items, microgreens, and specialty ingredients sourced from local and regional farms, especially in the Northeast. Riviera emphasizes chef-quality products, flexible ordering, and fast delivery, including same-day service for some areas. Their warehouse and headquarters are located in Englewood, NJ.
