We’ve all had those days, following sleepless nights, trying to complete a deadline, or because of emotional (irrational) complications that woke you up at 3 a.m. Either way, the feeling is similar—absent-minded, grumpy,  foggy, and so distant from yourself, on automatic mode at its lowest.

Some nice people from Huffington Post have made an infographic that details the serious side-effects of long-term sleep deprivation.

Remember, all those goals and beautiful wishes that motivate you in life are nothing without you—take care of yourself and sleep.
