I was going to bring you moon cakes, but I… my panda ate them. Happy Moon Festival!

These lovable giant pandas, Xinyue and Zhuyun, are getting the special treatment with some special made moon cakes today (I’m guessing they are stuffed with bamboo, right?).

Today is the Moon Festival, aka Mid-Autumn Festival in China (many Asian countries celebrate it actually).

Xinyue and Zhuyun live at the Taihu Lake National Wetland Park in Suzhou, east China’s Jiangsu Province.
