This Grandma Does Over 100 Push-ups in 5 Minutes. Can Yours?

An 81-year-old woman in Fujian can do more than 100 press-ups in just 5 minutes. She wakes up early in the morning and goes to the park to do her exercise regimen everyday.

Her daily To-Do list includes press-ups, sit-ups, shooting hoops, pull-ups, and a roly-poly roll she made up herself.

She also helps teach her neighbors about physical fitness, which must make her feel even better.
