The above image is doing the rounds to support several news reports about three members of a Dutch motorcycle gang who have been, since last week, fighting alongside Kurdish forces against the Islamic State in northern Iraq.

And apparently it’s okay by Dutch law for the bikies to do so, unless they join the ranks of the far left PKK, a Kurdish nationalist organization also fighting Islamic State forces. The PKK is a labeled a terrorist group by the EU reports AFP.

The image, taken from a Dutch-Kurdish Twitter account, shows a No Surrender motorcycle club member named Ron posing with a Kurdish fighter apparently somewhere near the Iraqi city of Mosul says the New York Post.

Earlier reports say two US citizens are fighting in Syria with Kurdish forces against Islamic State who themselves have thousands of foreign fighters in their ranks.
