Have You Ever Seen a Panda Playing a Musical Instrument? (Photos)

Visitors to a park in Jiangsu Province were treated to a special New Year’s Day concert by two pandas.

This photo was taken at the Taihu Lake National Wetland Park, and shows a female panda called Zu Yun tucking into her food like a musician…

First she played the flute, and then she got out a violin!

This is the fourth year for the two pandas at the park, according to yangtse.com. The other panda is called Xin Yue which means New Moon.

The pair are from Sichuan Panda Base, and came to Suzhou in 2011. Both were entertaining onlookers in the sunshine on Jan. 1, tucking into their bamboo shoots, and generally enjoying life.
