Getting up in the morning can be hard, especially after a weekend off. As a kid, going to school was such a drag; I just wanted to sleep in. Then, when you got to school, it was nothing but work and teachers telling you off.
There was the odd teacher who would make school interesting and fun, but nothing like this assistant principal from Woodrow Cummins elementary school in Arkansas.
To make the morning drop-off more lively:
He stood at the front of the school, singing chart toppers such as (watch me) Whip Nae Nae.
He also showed some cool dance moves to match the hit from Frozen.
“If they had a rough morning, or they didn’t want to eat their breakfast, we try to make them smile and laugh,” he says in the video.
The kids love it and join in with him.
“The kids have fallen in love with the idea; they love that whip it nae nae and they want me to play it every day, and they want to dance every day,” he says in the video.
“I don’t do bad days,” Logan says in the video, adding: “I only do good days.”
Perhaps more schools need to try this.
Watch the full video of Mr. Logan singing and dancing. This would make anyone’s morning terrific:
