It is very simple to make — here’s how to do it:
1. Break an egg into a bowl and leave it whole
2. Sprinkle a layer of white sugar over the top
3. Steam until it’s cooked

After you have finished, brush your teeth and go to bed. The symptoms should be gone when you wake up the next morning.
