Led by Jenny Yang, Phoenix Bean produces fresh, small-batch tofu using non-GMO Illinois-grown soybeans. Their commitment to local sourcing and sustainability has made them a favorite among chefs across the Midwest.

Tajín (Zapopan, Mexico)
