Malala Yousafzai: What an Amazing Young Woman (Video)

What an incredible individual Malala Yousafzai is.

The above video is the whole of her Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech which she jointly won with Kailash Satyarthi from India.

The 17 year old’s speech is truly humbling and inspiring.

Malala and Kailash were given the award: “for their struggle against the suppression of children and young people and for the right of all children to education”.

Malala, originally from Pakistan but currently residing in the U.K., was shot by Taliban extremists because she was promoting education for girls in her home country.

She is the youngest ever winner of the Nobel Peace Prize.

Sixty year old Kailashhas has headed various forms of protests and demonstrations, all peaceful to bring attention to the exploitation of children in India.

Past winners of the Peace Prize Laureates include Mother Teresa, Elie Wiese, Barack H. Obama and Aung San Suu Kyi.
