The Flaming Lips’ new album gets released today. It’s called With a Little Help From My Fwends. It is totally a remake of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.

So what’s different about this compared to The Beatles’ original? Well, most importantly, it’s Miley Cyrus. She’s not the only featured artist, but there she is with Moby and The Flaming Lips singing her surprise cover hit Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds. She unveiled the song during the 2014 Billboard Music Awards.

Besides the Miley Cyrus song, the other single is Fixing a Hole featuring Electric Würms.

The Flaming Lips have taken on a huge task. An album remaking one of rock’s most classic albums by it’s most classic group. But how will it compare to their remake of Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon?
