The Wallenda family has been performing daring wire walking feats for many decades.
They are probably the best known wire walkers in the world.
But it hasn’t all been highs (pardon the pun). In 1978, the patriarch of the family fell to his death at the age of 73 during a wire walk in Puerto Rico. Nik now carries on the tradition.
Well, Nik Wallenda just completed two incredible walks between Chicago’s Marina City towers with no safety tethers or nets.
Nik’s second wire walk set a new world record for the highest wire walk performed blindfolded.
Congrat’s to Nik, but I’m really glad it was him and not me.
