Here are five Chinese folk remedies and natural cures to help you treat common ailments using herbal ingredients and holistic techniques.

1. To sober-up

Mix 100 grams (3.5 ounces) of each of the following ingredients: vinegar, sugar, tea, and water. Consume immediately after drinking too much and it will help you to sober up. The more you drink, the quicker you will sober up.

2. Bad breath:

Put a few pieces of tea leaves into your mouth three times a day, chew them, and spit them out. This will leave your mouth feeling fresh. Continue this for three days and the bad breath will be cured.

3. A toothache:

Put a peach pit in the oven. Once it is hot, put it on the sore tooth and bite on it a few times. The toothache will go away.

4. Athlete’s foot:

Pour 500 grams (17.5 ounces) of vinegar into a basin. Soak your feet in it for about an hour twice a day. If the athlete’s foot is not very serious, the condition will be cured after a few days.

5. A migraine headache:

Place the skin of a radish on each temple for about 20 minutes every night. When your migraine headache stops, you can stop the treatment.
