Recently, sharp assessments by Western intelligence experts have exposed a long-avoided truth in international politics. For years, the free world has been scrambling to respond to local conflicts, social unrest, and economic crises across the globe, often overlooking the true orchestrator hidden behind a vast curtain.
On March 23, 2026, on Real America with Eric Bolling, national security and counterintelligence expert T. Casey Fleming (CEO of Black Ops Partners) stated bluntly: “About 90 percent of today’s global events—every road—leads to the CCP.”
He emphasized: do not be distracted by so-called “wars of the month” or sudden crises. We must clearly recognize that World War III has already begun. This is not a traditional clash of battleships and artillery, but a meticulously planned, long-prepared “Unrestricted Warfare” by the CCP. In this war, there is no front or rear line—your family and you are already on the frontlines.
The global chessboard of CCP ‘Unrestricted Warfare’
The concept of “Unrestricted Warfare” was proposed by the Chinese military over twenty years ago. Its core strategy is to erase the boundaries between military and non-military actions, using economic, cultural, cyber, drug, terrorism, and even environmental issues as weapons to strike enemies on all fronts.
Looking at recent global disorder, the CCP’s hand seems almost everywhere. Within elite international circles, it has deeply infiltrated and attempted to manipulate the World Economic Forum (WEF), using globalization to promote its authoritarian governance model and to corrupt Western political and business elites. Among the broader population in Western societies, CCP-linked shadow funds and online troll networks amplify social tensions, exploiting events like the “Minneapolis unrest” (Black Lives Matter) to sow hatred and chaos within democracies.

The CCP’s goal is stark: all this chaos is deliberately manufactured to weaken the free world, forcing internal distractions and eventual decline, ultimately subjugating humanity to permanent loss of freedom under Communist totalitarian rule.
In recent years, a global pandemic killed tens of millions and severely damaged the world economy. Was this really a “natural disaster?” The mask of lies is being torn away.
Investigations by the White House and U.S. intelligence reveal a chilling truth: COVID-19 was not a naturally evolved virus but a deliberate leak from a Wuhan laboratory, essentially a bioweapon.
Even more alarming, the CCP has not stopped advancing in biological warfare. Intelligence shows its military and research institutions are exploring ways for future virus variants to have “precision” lethality targeting specific ethnic groups.
Developing such gene- and race-targeted bioweapons is a crime against humanity. The CCP seeks to conduct global strategic purges and genocide using invisible viruses—without firing a single shot. This represents the most sinister, bottomless component of “Unrestricted Warfare.”
In recent years, CCP naval ships have been launched rapidly, showcasing “military modernization” that surprises the world. But beneath this façade of “great power rise” lies the largest theft of intellectual property and technology in human history.
Most of China’s advanced military technologies—especially naval equipment, radar systems, and aircraft carrier electromagnetic catapults—did not come from indigenous innovation but from U.S. cyber espionage and infiltration. The CCP acts like a massive parasite, feeding off the free world’s innovation system. They rapidly convert stolen technologies into weapons aimed at the U.S. military and its allies—an economic crime that directly undermines U.S. national security.
Monopolizing critical resources to strangle global strategy
In the CCP’s “Unrestricted Warfare” playbook, minerals are not just industrial inputs—they are political chokeholds.
For decades, China has nearly monopolized global rare earths and other critical minerals through state-driven dumping and cutthroat competition. Rare earths are the “vitamins” of modern high-tech industries—from smartphones to F-35 fighter jets, from missile guidance systems to green energy equipment, none can function without them.
Through resource monopolies, the CCP has forced the U.S. and the free world into a long-term “strategic passivity.” In times of international tension, it wields export controls to cut off military and technology supply chains—a resource-based “chokehold” in unrestricted warfare.
After secret maneuvers in biowarfare, technology theft, and resource monopolization, China’s geopolitical aggression is fully exposed.
Despite strong international opposition and the Hague’s arbitration ruling against its claims, the CCP continues large-scale land reclamation in the South China Sea, militarizing islands with missile sites, runways, and radar systems. These “unsinkable aircraft carriers” threaten free navigation in the world’s busiest shipping lanes and intimidate neighboring countries. In its “Unrestricted Warfare” logic, there is no international law—only power and violence.
New ‘Axis of Evil’ proxies and black gloves
To realize its ambition of a new “Axis of Evil,” the CCP has created a strict hierarchical power structure internationally. At the top sits the CCP as the sole master manipulator; all other roles are proxies, puppets, or black gloves.
The second tier includes rogue states like Russia, Iran, Pakistan, North Korea, and Venezuela, which receive economic aid, technical support, and diplomatic cover in exchange for creating crises that tie down U.S. strategic focus.
Below them are transnational criminal groups and terrorist organizations. Intelligence shows the CCP, via regimes like Venezuela, secretly supports Latin American drug networks. Large quantities of fentanyl precursors flow from China to the Americas, processed by cartels, and shipped to the U.S.—a modern “Opium War.”
In the Middle East, Iran acts as the CCP’s “terrorism proxy manager,” arming groups like Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis. While terror spreads chaos, the CCP positions itself as a “peace broker” at the UN, profiting indirectly.
Breaking 30 years of appeasement: the free world awakens
For 30 years, Western leaders indulged in the “engagement policy,” allowing China’s global aggression to go largely unchecked. The CCP used this window to hollow out U.S. manufacturing, steal core technology, and lay foundations for global hegemony.
But the moment of awakening arrived. Actions during the Trump administration marked the first U.S. government to directly challenge the CCP:
- Cracking down on the Maduro regime in Venezuela to cut China’s influence in the Americas.
- Eliminating top drug cartel leaders to sever CCP-driven drug supply chains harming U.S. society.
- Imposing extreme pressure on Iran to cut CCP access to cheap oil and gas, also starving Middle East terrorist organizations of funds.
Although these measures targeted third countries, every strike hit the CCP—the hidden manipulator—directly. Its control methods go far beyond traditional geopolitics. From controlling Latin American drug lords to manipulating Middle East terrorists, from infiltrating international organizations to inciting street unrest in the West, CCP “Unrestricted Warfare” is a tightening dark web.
The free world must abandon illusions of peace and quiet. Understanding this CCP-led “new Axis of Evil” reveals that global conflicts and social unrest are mere smokescreens. To restore real peace and preserve hard-won freedom, the CCP—the ultimate manipulator—must be fully recognized and defeated.
